The real Mallory 150 caps are made?

Hi I was hoping some one knew the answer. there was a link at ampage but i forgot to mark it. Maybe some of you saw that thread.
someone peeled the paper off of one of their caps and found a three letter acronym.
they searched it to an asian manufacturers web site.
If I only wrote it down!!!!!!!!!!!!!
