I was curious if anyone has a recommendation for a 2 ply (gold/black) material that can be engraved. I've found a couple items but thought I would ask first
Very nice. What machine (brand and model) are you using for the engraving?
Josh .. material rowmark and lasermarkJMPGuitars wrote: ↑Mon 04/05/21 5:59 amVery nice. What machine (brand and model) are you using for the engraving?

Wow, good stuff! I can't afford that. I've been looking at a generic 80W CO2 laser setup for a few grand, and still don't know if it's worth it yet compared to paying somebody else to make stuff. I would certainly prefer to do it myself though.m_alexander wrote: ↑Mon 04/05/21 8:18 amJosh .. material rowmark and lasermark

yes ... I outsource my production due to the high cost of the equipment, unfortunately generic equipment does not have the quality and definition to make a perfect finish. I would also like to have the machines to produce myself, some in silk screen I produce myselfJMPGuitars wrote: ↑Tue 04/06/21 5:55 amWow, good stuff! I can't afford that. Are these panels anodized before they're filled? I engrave panels with a mill, and color fill is the most difficult part of the job.
