Thordarson T-13S41 OT: Data Sheet?

I have a Thordarson T-13S41 OT, and the specs are avail via web search. It's a PP OT rated for 20W, and has 6 output lugs on the SEC side. I can't find the data sheet that provides the wiring guide for the SEC connections for the speaker and reflected impedance matching. Before I reverse engineer this thing, does anybody have the data sheet for this OT?
