PT markings - .07A total or per side?

Has anyone seen the HT secondary on any power transformers marked this way, and does it mean 70ma per side, so 140ma total? I think with a 5y3 or 5r4 this might be a fun PT for an 18w type project, depending upon the answer. Its an old military PT.
