6HQ5 tubes

Hey everybody!
I recently found some International (Japan made) 6HQ5 tubes. These are seven pin single triodes, run at 6.3 heaters and up to 250V on anode.
What is special aboput them is their ability to handle up to 11mA of current. And their Mu is around 70, so here's a tube which can basically drive things like a 6V6 on its own, without the second tridoe like with 12AX7's (I'm talking single ended design here, smth like a Champ and such). However, I didn't find any information on what approximately should the plate and cathode resistors be, their values I mean. Is there a formula to calculate that?
I really want to give these tubes a shot, and I need your help.

So plate resistance is 5.4 Kohm. I fail to grasp what does that mean?
12AX7's plate resistance is not exactly 100 ohm, but yet the most common resistor value is that. Is there a formula to calculate this value? Thanks for your help, just a little more, please.

try these values:

plate resistor = 22k
grid circuit = no greater than 500k total resistance
cathode = 470 ohm
