My new favourite EL84

For this month ( :D ) is the RCA pair I got from the sarge, BIG BOLD and with the all important glassy chime...

the english guys seem to know this about the yankee el 84s even more then most americans .when in doubt try a ge or rca they are a multi purpose tube that works better in a wider array of circuits then just about anything.glad you like em.t

Hey Sarge, Those Tesla Rosnoves are still kicking major butt in the ole 18 watter. Just got some Polams but not ready to put them in yet. Whats your take on them? thanks Bruce

Is it still OK to refer to the Scots as British? With having re-opened their own Parliament a few years back I'm not sure what the current PC statement would be. (no joking intended...)

When I was a kid, we knew an old Scottish fellow who told my folks, "I am not 'Scotch;' Scotch comes in a bottle. I am Scottish, a Scot, or a Scotsman." :)

That's a great video there, although I think I understood less than half of what they were saying! :lol:

This guy is a total hero of mine, although again I only get about half of anything he says. I really admire his lifestyle and general philosophy of life.
